Margaret moved from Columbia to the Lowcountry almost forty years ago, and has enjoyed the last fifteen years as a successful real estate professional. A member of the South Carolina Board of Realtors and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, she specializes in luxury properties in the Historic District, Mount Pleasant, and the coastal areas. Margaret has been responsible for over $60 million in sales in the Charleston area, and her knowledge of the local real estate market is reflected in the fact that she has been a consistent recipient of the Realtor of Distinction award. She and her husband, Charles, work as a team, giving clients their undivided attention until the transaction is complete and clients are fully satisfied.
