Thomas Bennett
A native Charlestonian, Thomas began his career in residential real estate over thirty years ago and has been one of the area's top producers since he first entered the field. Specializing in Charleston's famed Historic District, he was the first realtor to sell a home in Charleston for over one million dollars. Thomas has represented numerous attorneys and financial institutions in listing estate properties, and he enjoys good relationships with other brokers in most metropolitan cities. With a keen interest in historic preservation and architecture, Thomas has restored several homes himself. He is a board member for the Gibbes Museum of Art and has served on the following boards: Preservation Society of Charleston, Carolina Youth Development Center, and Historic Charleston Foundation.
