A native Charlestonian, Thomas began his career in residential real estate over 30 years ago and has been one of the City's top producers since he first entered the field. Specializing in Charleston's famed Historic District, he was the first Realtor to sell a home in Charleston for over 1 million dollars. Thomas has represented numerous attorneys and financial institutions in listing estate properties, and he enjoys good relationships with other Brokers in most metropolitan cities. With a keen interest in historic preservation and architecture, Thomas has restored several homes himself. He has served on the following boards: Preservation Society of Charleston, Carolina Youth Development Center, Historic Charleston Foundation, and the Gibbes Museum of Art.
