A native Charlestonian, Alton came to the real estate profession after several years of practicing law. Alton grew up in the Historic District and is very familiar with the history and detail on many of Charleston's fine homes. He is also quite knowledgeable about the spectacular waterfront enclaves hidden away on the surrounding Sea Islands. After living in several other cities, Charleston's quality of life, sense of community, and beauty persuaded him to stay. Alton graduated from the Hill School, Davidson College, and the University Of South Carolina School Of Law.
