Olin is a native Charlestonian. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Finance/Real Estate. For the past 32 years he has focused on selling real estate in the City and is well known for his vast knowledge and hands-on experience in selling some of the finest homes in Charleston. Olin has also been involved in varied commercial real estate transactions, as well as large plantation property sales. His extensive knowledge of construction and historic restoration is well known in the community.
