Tim relocated to the Charleston area in 1990 after spending nine years as a naval officer. His wife Frannie, a fifth generation Charlestonian, and their four children have been residents of Sullivans Island since 1997. He spent the 1990's as a national accounts manager in the paperboard packaging industry. He became a realtor in 2000 and has become a multi-million dollar producer specializing in the buying and selling of properties in the Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes and Mount Pleasant communities.
