Charles is a native South Carolinian and has lived in Charleston for the past 30 years. A Business graduate of the College of Charleston, he has been a leader in Charleston's luxury real estate business for the last 15 years, each year being recognized as a multi-million dollar producer. In fact, in the last five years Charles has closed sales totaling over $200 million dollars with an average sale of over $1.2 million dollars.

Charles and his wife, Liz, have renovated houses in every borough downtown, and are active members of the Historic District community. They participate in numerous civic activities and associations, with an emphasis on preservation, architecture, and the local arts.
